All works will be carried out by our "in house" experienced tradesmen, making all works progress smoothly and on time.

We can also provide you with a bathroom suite or kitchen from one of our brochures. We are confident that the range of styles on offer will suit your tastes and budget. We can complement this service by carrying out tiling, flooring and lighting to give your bathroom or kitchen the finishing touches.

New Build & Extension Work Services

Whatever you are having built, a new build or extension, large or small, it can be a daunting thought. To make sure the process is clear and easy to understand, we have invested in an Estimating Software Package called Estimator Express.

Estimator Express assists us in providing you with a detailed price and job specification unique to your build. The software is updated weekly with the latest material price lists direct from the builders merchants, all the work specifications meet up to date, current building regulations, and the software then produces a detailed, but easy to understand build process quote for your information.

When work starts, it is a priority to form a close working relationship with our clients. We work with you throughout the build, by providing you with discreet work progress updates, in person, by phone, email or text, so you have a full understanding of what is going on, and you can make informed decisions on the work as and when required.
