Here at Blueberry Design Services we can assist you with the design, planning and regulations in relation to your project, keeping everything in house with only one point of contact. We will meet with you to talk through your ideas and requirements turning them into an architectural design.
Once we have the design we will produce a set of building plans and drawings, and when they have been agreed they will be submitted for planning permission. We will liaise with the local council authority on your behalf for the duration of the project and when planning permission has been approved, we will produce a set of building regulation drawings to meet with all the current standards.
We will then submit them to the building control for approval and once the building regulations have been approved, you will be free to commence building work.
Throughout the process from design to final approval you will be able to track your projects progress through the various stages on our individual client section of our website. You will be issued with a personal access code to view your project details at your leisure, but we will also send you email alerts as your project details are updated.
